Customer service is a priority for Tadeo Czerweny S.A. That is why a Service Department was developed to focus on predictive, preventive and corrective transformer maintenance. This division has highly experienced and skillful personnel to assemble and deal with transformers, as well as modern vehicles especially equipped to carry out post-sale service.

| Among the services we offer: |

Samples extraction and predictive diagnosis that include:
1 - Full physicochemical oil tests.
2- Oil gas cromatography and furan tests.
3 - Connection clamps thermographic checking, either in transformers or in section switches, switches and ironworks in general.
Oil Treatment under voltage with degassing and dehydrating processes.
Oil Treatment under voltage with self-regeneration through acid activated Fuller's earth.
Addition of oil rust inhibitor.
Checking and repairing of accessories and equipment connected to the transformer.
Checking and repairing of mechanical parts (tanks, radiators, etc).
Checking and replacement of insulator gaskets and accessories.
Disassembling, drying of active part and reassembling with readjustment of winding tighteners.
